How does the free trial work?+

You can run an Operator Plus rig for 24 hours, free, with no payment required. At the end you can choose a membership or walk away.

How much do memberships cost?+

Memberships start at $9.99 per month with Operator Plus. Operator Pro, Elite and Black add more modules, upgrade slots and output. You can upgrade at any time.

What can I upgrade on my rig?+

There are 22 upgrades in six categories: cooling, power, network, compute, monitoring and security. Each plan includes a number of upgrade slots, and every module you install appears on your rack.

Do I need to buy mining hardware?+

No. You start mining Bitcoin quickly through the cloud, with no physical hardware to buy or host. Your output depends on the hashing power of your rig and on the network difficulty, so it moves like real mining.

Can I withdraw my mined Bitcoin?+

Yes. Your mined balance is shown in BTC. After a one-time identity check (KYC) and once your balance reaches the minimum shown in your account, you can request a withdrawal to your own Bitcoin address. Each request is reviewed by our team before it is sent, and network fees may apply. Output depends on your hashing power and on network difficulty, and it is never guaranteed.

Is the telemetry real?+

Bitcoin network figures such as block height, network hashrate, difficulty and fees are live. The telemetry of your own rig comes from the real machines running it.
